چکیده
Introduction: As the novel coronavirus pandemic continues to affect people worldwide, immune-mediated inflammatory syndromes related this virus have been reported. SARS Coronavirus-2 infection disease (COVID-19) may accompany various cutaneous symptoms, such as viral exanthems or wheels. These symptoms occur at early course of after that. Cutaneous COVID-19 usually a favorable outcome. Case Presentation: We presented rare case inpatient pneumonia, who developed purpuric rash, abdominal pain, and hematuria. His dermal histopathological study revealed small-vessel vasculitis. diagnosed Henoch–Schoenlein purpura based on clinical findings treated him with intravenous dexamethasone followed by oral prednisolone. The rashes disappeared in two weeks. Conclusions: manifestation is diffuse maculopapular rashes. Other presentations include vesicular acral cyanosis. Dermal most patients perivascular inflammation microthrombus some cases. Thus, should be considered any patient new onset symptoms.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome–associated Coronavirus Infection
Whether severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) infection can be asymptomatic is unclear. We examined the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV among 674 healthcare workers from a hospital in which a SARS outbreak had occurred. A total of 353 (52%) experienced mild self-limiting illnesses, and 321 (48%) were asymptomatic throughout the course of these observations. None of thes...

A unique coronavirus severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus (SARS-CoV) was revealed to be a causative agent of a life-threatening SARS. Although this virus grows in a variety of tissues that express its receptor, the mechanism of the severe respiratory illness caused by this virus is not well understood. Here, we report a possible mechanism for the extensive damage seen in the major targ...

Little is known about the innate immune response to severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus (CoV) infection. Mannose-binding lectin (MBL), a key molecule in innate immunity, functions as an ante-antibody before the specific antibody response. Here, we describe a case-control study that included 569 patients with SARS and 1188 control subjects and used in vitro assays to investigate...

total of 1,732 cases were confirmed; 381 case-patients were healthcare workers and medical students. Clinical features, treatment protocols, and outcomes have been previously reported by various local experts (1–3). The etiologic agent is a SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) (1). However, no asymptomatic case of SARS-CoV infection has been previously reported (4). In addition, in Hong Kong,...

In November 2002, an outbreak of a life-threatening ‘atypical pneumonia’ for which no etiological agent could be identified occurred in Guangdong Province, China. In March 2003, a similar outbreak was reported in Hong Kong [1]. Cases of similar respiratory illness were subsequently reported globally including China, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada and USA. This syndrome is a new clinical ent...
